Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the 101concrete.com website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

101 Concrete Services provides concrete and landscaping services including, but not limited to: driveway installation, stamped concrete, patios, walkways, foundations, retaining walls, synthetic turf installation, irrigation systems, and fencing throughout Northern California including Bay Area, Napa County, Santa Rosa, and Marin County.

Estimates and Quotes

• All estimates provided are free of charge and without obligation.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and scope changes.
• A signed contract is required before work commences.

Payment Terms

• Payment schedules will be outlined in your individual service contract.
• We accept checks and major credit cards.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
• Final payment is due upon project completion.

Project Timeline

Project start dates and completion times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permitting, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.

Warranty

• Our work is warranted against defects in workmanship for one year from completion date.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials used.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, natural disasters, or customer modifications.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate property information and access
• Clearing the work area of personal belongings
• Ensuring adequate water access for concrete curing if applicable
• Obtaining any required permits (unless we agree to handle this)
• Providing any HOA approvals if necessary

Cancellation Policy

Projects may be cancelled with 48 hours notice before scheduled start date without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before start may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover material ordering and scheduling costs.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for those specific services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of 101 Concrete Services and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Napa County, California.
